Hello Everyone,

Everything is on track for shipment in July as promised!

It has been a month since our last update and we have been busy creating all your Robes and slippers. All purchase orders for raw materials have been filled according to schedule and manufacturing is going strong.

Surveys

Surveys are currently being sent to your email address 10 days after your order. The survey allows you to provide us with your address and select your product sizes and colors.

Sento products are designed to simplify your life and help you get the relaxation you deserve... So we don’t want to rush you but until your survey is completed we don’t know where to send your rewards or what sizes and colors to send.

Quilted Design Upgrade

After extensive testing of the built-in hand warmers on the quilted robe we have found that we can improve their durability and performance. While they are warm and convenient we didn’t think they are as warm and convenient as they can be.

The Problem

The elastic design was difficult to fit to many different hand sizes and left gaps, after months of use the elastic was getting a little stretched.

The Solution

Introducing the new microfiber design. Form fitting microfiber leaves no gaps between the skin and the cold. Microfiber also offers better insulation. The streamlined design is less bulky, you will forget they are even there!

Hi Everyone,

We are happy to announce over the coming days you will start receiving the backer survey. Backerkit will email them to you so keep an eye on your inboxes! Don't forget to check your spam folder.

For those of you who are new to Indiegogo the survey will allow you to choose the size and color of your bathrobes and slippers. If you would like more items you can also add them on at the end of the survey and pay using Stripe, a secure online payment method. Sento Towels are available at a 30% discount from retail. 

You will also be able to input your shipping address. If this changes for any reason you can return to the survey using the same link and update your address. You can also email us at [email protected] at any time for any reason and we will be happy to help.
