It has been great to hear all your positive comments and messages about how much you enjoy the robes.
Just a reminder that large orders ship in separate packages. Large packages can often face delays and other shipping problems so to avoid this we keep the weight and size of our packages smaller. If you receive a package with only part of your pledge this is most likely the reason. Please feel free to message us to double check.
If you would like to purchase more Robes and Slippers we will keep our Indiegogo Indemand page open at this discounted price for a limited time. In a few months we will be selling at full retail price from our online store.
They make great presents for friends and family if you would like to beat the holiday rush and order now.

Hello Everyone,
We are happy to announce that we have shipped to almost all backers! If you are one of the backers who haven't already received tracking information you can expect to receive it in the next few days as we finish shipping.
Due to the amount of high quality cotton used in our bathrobes and towels the packages can be quite heavy. To avoid delays due to large package sizes you may receive your rewards in separate shipments. If you receive a partial shipment dont be alarmed the rest of your rewards are close behind!

We will be locking down orders in 48 hours to begin shipping but we are still getting a lot of requests to alter orders. So please make any changes now.

Hi Everyone,
Production of the bathrobes and slippers is well underway now, and we couldn't be happier with how the products are turning out. Unfortunately it has been moving slower than anticipated, so we regret to inform you that there will be a small delay.
The delays have been caused by setting up the tooling for the weaving, and organising the finishing process.
One of our biggest goals has always been to maintain the highest quality possible from prototype right through to mass production. Faced with the option to decrease quality to get the robes completed faster we have decided to ensure the quality of the robes is not diminished at all. At every step every robe is receiving all the attention and craftsmanship possible.
There will be a small delay but we believe it is worth the wait!
The good news
The feedback we received on the handwarmers was very positive. We heard you loud and clear when you suggested we color match the new microfiber hand warmers.
So of course we are happy to announce the robes and hand warmers will now match. Here are some photos of the examples we have made to showcase the new style.
